At Jackfit Leathers, we aim to guarantee that the products you purchased come in excellent condition and on the agreed upon time. This shipping policy presents procedures and approximate time required along with the responsibilities of the customer to ensure fast and trouble-free delivery.

Free Shipping

As part of our continued commitment, we are happy to inform all our customers that shipping is on the house anywhere in the world. However, you are requested to reading the following sections for further information regarding the customs duties and the express delivery service.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Orders: Available to be shipped in 10-12 working days.

Custom Orders: Available in 12-15 working days to allow for extra manufacturing period.

Expedited Shipping: Although it is cheaper compared to other online shops, for $30 more your order will be delivered within 6-8 working days.

Important Notes:

Orders placed after 1PM will take the next working day for processing.

Our operation is from Monday to Friday.

Consideration to delivery time is made out of customization of the particular product, and other probable incidents such as natural disasters or organizational failures.

Order Tracking

  • That tracking information will be sent to the email once your order has been shipped out with the tracking number.
  • It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and contact the courier company if:
  • The parcel is held for any reason.
  • A delivery attempt has to be labeled as unsuccessful because you were not at the address of delivery when the delivery took place.
  • In case one fails to claim the parcel, a courier company is likely to destroy the package for which we shall not be held responsible.

Courier Services

We only use professional local courier services for the delivery of your orders in safe and within the stipulated time. These include:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • USPS

Damaged or Incorrect Parcels

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

1. Consumers should return the products to our customer care department within thirty days of the date the parcel was received.

2. The product should not have been used at all and the tags on the product should also not be removed.

Import Duties and Taxes

  • For U.S. Customers: No customs charges apply.
  • For International Customers: Products are delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
  • You are solely liable for any customs taxes that charged according to your country regulations.
  • Most countries do not levied duties as everything goes out as gift.
  • Please visit the customs of your country for more information to be given in this regards.
  • It is also important for you to know that the prices posted amongst the products on our website are price exclusive of taxes or duties.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

1. Give correct order information ( name, address, email, phone no) while ordering.

2. Make sure that there are no mistakes on the shipping address.

3. Bear in mind that delivery to APO, FPO and PO boxes is not possible because of security measures.

4. Prepare yourself to sign for the purchase in person upon the arrival of the delivery man.

Split Shipments

If you choose to purchase a number of products and some of them are in our customized services, we will send you the product that does not need customization as the first. Specialised products will be produced as a final product.

Delivery Address Changes

Once an individual sends an order, we do not allow changes in the shipping details of an order.

For changes you have to contact the courier company of the package.

Reasons for Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to:

  • Really bad weather or some holiday when the whole country is off school.
  • Lack of customer’s correct address or the contact details of the client.
  • Rejections that need an extended period to produce since the product or service is of high quality.
  • Retention at the destination country venue.
  • Delays on the part of the courier service w.r.t its operations.
  • Changes made to the order after its purchase. World events (for example, the current pandemic).
