Return Policy

For any issues with our products or customer orders, we give our customers a full 30-day money-back guarantee. The valid concerns could be wrong size, wrong colour, defective products or having the wrong products all together.

Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The product is fresh, may not have been used before and is in the same state is was manufactured.
  • Tags are still on them, and the product has not been washed, changed, or rubbed in any way.
  • The return request is made within thirty days after receiving the particular item.
  • It is a standardized good in the sense that it does not involve any adaptations for any special or specific market.

Return Procedure

2. Attach photos of the item for verification purposes

3. Return the product via trackable courier service at your own cost.

4. We will share the tracking ID with our customer support team.

Once we receive and inspect the product, our representatives will notify you via email. If they ensure an approval, the return will be processed, and a refund will be initiated.

Important Notes for Returns

  • Products that are stained, cut, or worn out cannot be returned.
  • Customers have to pay for returning shipments.
  • Customized orders do not fall in this category.

Exchange Policy

If you get the wrong size, color, or an incorrect product, you can exchange it.

Exchange Procedure

1. Email us at sales@ with a valid reason and images of the product.

2. Our team will provide further instructions and a return address.

3. Send the product back using a trackable courier service at your expense.

4. Share the tracking ID with our customer care team. We will ship the exchange within 15 business days once the returned item passes inspection.

Important Notes for Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • We will not entertain requests for exchange for customized products.
  • Customers bear shipping costs for sending items back, but the cost of shipment of the replacement is free; however, custom charges might apply.

Refund Policy

If you encounter issues such as defective products, incorrect items, or mismatched descriptions, you may request a refund.

Refund Process

1. Please contact our customer care number or email at sales@ with description and images of the problem.

2. Once the return is approved and posted, the refund will be started.

3. Depending on your bank, return may take 5-14 working days to reflect on your account after it has been approved and money is processed by company.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Refund for the full amount of the order available if the client cancels an order within 24 hours.
  • Any cancellation that will be made after the next 24 hours will have the 30% charges imposed on the amount to be paid.
  • Canceling an order within 3 days of shipping will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Products once shipped cannot be canceled.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 10% of the value of the products purchased is non-refundable to customers with returned products; the cost of returning the products also last.
